td77 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between td77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the td77 online betting and gaming platform available at td77.io.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

2.4 One Account Per Player

td77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where closure is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. 3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. td77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month dormancy period. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation and completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

td77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments must be made from an account or card held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. td77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where account activity has triggered a security review.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on td77 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Deposits made in a foreign currency via an international card will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by the card issuer at the time of the transaction; td77 does not control or guarantee this rate.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on td77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market and game type selected. Cricket betting markets are governed by td77's Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the applicable game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, etc.). Slot games and instant games are governed by the rules published within each individual game.

5.2 Bet Confirmation & Settlement

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, td77 will use available records to determine whether a bet was successfully placed. td77's records shall be considered the definitive record of all transactions. Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the outcome of the relevant event has been officially confirmed.

5.3 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

td77 reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds that were published in error, where those odds are clearly and materially different from the fair market odds for the relevant event at the time of bet placement. Decisions on voided bets due to obvious pricing errors are made at td77's sole discretion and are final.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

td77 applies maximum payout limits to betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interface. Where a bet would generate winnings in excess of the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds and stake.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible td77 players as determined by the specific terms of each individual promotion. td77 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set specific responsible gaming limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers.

6.2 Wagering Requirements
